Life cycle of a cicada

The cicada reproduces by laying eggs. Cicadas lay eggs on a branch. after one year, the larvae will fall down into the ground. It lives underground for six years. After six years, it will come out from underground. Then it will stick on a tree and the inside body will come out. Then it would lay new eggs. After some weeks, they will die.
